I have worked in logistics and distribution for 40 years and have utilized the services of County Transport for over 20 years. The team of industry professionals put together by Chady Oueini are terrific and I consider County Transport to be a First Rate Logistics Service Provider. Exceptional Service! Message: Good afternoon, I would like to write and commend the staff at County Courier for going above and beyond when an expected shipment did not arrive. Through no fault of County Courier an essential order did not arrive at my facility, and I did not have enough stock to get through the weekend. Your driver Kevin was very helpful and patient while I sorted out some alternate arrangements. He took the time to contact your dispatch where your staff (Rose and her Mother, not sure of her name) did their utmost to look into the matter and locate the shipment. Although the order did not arrive, it was their actions that allowed me to manage the situation, get stock and complete preparations for weekend supply.
